Certification In order to ensure continuous development Thylin Transport has started using a quality and environmental manual. Quality and environmental work has been an integral part of our policy since 1997. The aim of our quality and environmental work is to live up to the commitments to our customers and co-operation partners. By doing so we will achieve our goal to ensure the satisfaction and confidence of our customers. In order to be able to response to changing requirements of our customers we will strive to increase flexibility in the future. Resolute and efficient decision- making is an essential part of our business management. We want to be the most effective alternative of our customers' transportation and logistic requirements. By taking good care of the needs of our customers we are able to guarantee competitiveness and profitability. Quality For years Thylin Transport has employed a quality system according to SFS-EN ISO 9001/2000 standard, which was certified in spring 2005. Environment Thylin Transport received the environmental certificate in 2005. The most important focus areas of our environmental work are to increase (the) filling degree, reduce (the) fuel consumption and non-load running. We (also) want to increase the knowledge of our drivers and co-operation partners about environmental issues. We will publish annual reports showing how well we have attained our goals. |
